Swimming at Grandma and Grandpa's

We went to Oconomowoc Lake, Wisconsin were Tony's parents live. They have an indoor pool just of the family roomso Tony took the girls swimming almost daily. They had so much fun making memories with all their cousins and Jazzie still talks about last summer when the went to the lake.
It took a while for Hailey to feel comfortable but Daddy is an ole pro and he had her in enjoying herself in no time.

All the cousins in the pool.

Singing time with Dad

Random Photos

I told Kailtlyn if she wouldn't take her finger out of her nose I would take a picture and put it on the internet. She didn't believe me so here it is.

We can't turn on the vacume cleaner with out Hailey throwing a fit. Not because she is scared but because she thinks it is her job. If you don't let her do it a complete melt down may be on the way.

This is Hailey's favorite hiding spot.

I have a taste of home recipe magazine on the table at the house for a while. Tony one day decided to go to the store and make an attempt at his first caserole. It was so yum. I was very impressed and keep waiting for him to try another recipe. So far I am still waiting. (That is Tony feeding it to Hailey in the background she loved it as much as the rest of us.)

The girls are playing sleep over in the middle of the day. It was so cute I had to take a picture. This activity occupied the enitre afternoon and just like the typical sleep over no one got any sleep.

Jazzie's room gets an Update.

So this is the room that inspired me to paint Jazzie's room. It is almost finished and I will post and update with the results as soon as the project is complete. I bet you can't wait to see how close the real thing comes to the inspiration room. I no I can't.

Surfs Up

Tony tries really hard to be a really good husband and father. He gets up early to go to work. He works really hard all day long and when he gets home he asks me what he can do to make my day a little better.

He plays with the kids and puts them to bed with a smile on there faces. (most nights, sometimes they are having to much fun with dad and don't want to go to bed.)

Last week when my Dad announced they were going to do another surfing trip to Mexico with just the guys, I could see how really excited he was to go. Surfing is his very favorite thing in the world. After a few minutes he looked at me and said, "Cheri I don't think I should go on the trip. I think it will be too hard on you if I left right now."

There are a lot of great guys out there and lucky for me I have one of the best! No one deserves a trip with the guys more than he does. I am sure he will have a great time and find a way to reward me when he gets home.

Here are a few pictures I took of him in Bora Bora to help him get psyched up for his trip.

The Alphabet Crown

Katilyn earned her alphabet crown. She has been working on this all year. Every day she would come home from school and announce that she did not get it yet. So we worked and worked on it and we couldn't figure out why it wasn't happening. When I finally got to talk to her teacher about it she said it was because they had been really busy that they havn't been able to test her but that they would test her that day.

Sure enough when I went to pick her up from school she was sporting the beautiful pink alphabet crown on her head. She was so excited she couldn't wait for dad to come home so we could surprise him with the good news.
Daddy got home around bed time but was so excited that he made everyone change out of their pajamas so we could go and celeberate. Here are a few pictures of the celebrations.

When it was time to go Jasmine ensisted on putting on her own coat. (upside down) she wouldn't let us help her. It took a good 5 minutes to put that coat on.

So finally we just let her wear it out that way.

A Beautiful Life

For my Birthday my Dad took me to the Jazz game. I was sitting on the floor right next to the team. I took these pictures of the game. It was an incredible game, I couldn't believe it when we won at the last second.
